More information: White Star Records, the new label formed by John Mitchell and Chris Hillman have announced the signing of Voices From The Fuselage, a new exciting 5-piece progressive rock band combining crunchy guitar riffs and soaring lead guitars with pop-influenced vocals to create a distinct sound, drawing influence from the likes of Karnivool, Anberlin, This Will Destroy You and many more across various genres. They have already built up a following, selling their debut EP and a debut album (co-produced by John Mitchell) via their bandcamp page together with powerful live performances which included a support slot on the Empty Yard Experiment tour earlier in the year.

Formed by vocalist Ashe O’Hara in Northampton in 2010 the band also comprises Mitch Ramsay & Josh Galloway on guitars plus Scott Lockhart on Drums and Dale Gorham on Bass. As well as playing with VFTF, Ashe was a member of TesseracT from 2012 to 2014 providing vocals on their Altered State album.

VFTF came to the attention of John Mitchell when they booked in to his Outhouse Recording Studio in 2015 to record the aforementioned debut album ‘Odyssey: The Destroyer Of Worlds’. John was so impressed by their musicianship and their professionalism that he contributed a guest guitar slot to a track on the album, A Principle God.

The debut album is currently difficult to get hold of and in order to get the album out to the wider audience that it deserves, White Star will be re-releasing the debut album Odyssey: The Destroyer Of Worlds in late October 2016.
